My product is damaged, what are my options?Updated a month ago

All hunters are hard on their gear! If your product has been damaged, or has outright failed, here at FHF Gear we always have a corrective course of action for our customers! 

First, we ask that you ask yourself one tough question: Was your product damaged as a result of field use, or as the result of a manufacturers defect?


Answer: My product was damaged or failed as a result of a manufacturers defect.

If your FHF Gear product has failed as a result of a manufacturer defect of any kind, please know that FHF Gear stands behind their products and their quality. We will replace any piece that has been compromised by a manufacturer's defect and compromises field performance, though we will ask that you submit a claim requesting warranty coverage! 

Please submit a warranty claim by clicking the link to our Warranty Portal Below. Once you've done so, a form will appear where you will be able to enter your relevant shipping and order information, alongside a few pictures to illustrate the defect that your product is exhibiting. Once you've submitted this form, a member of our Customer Support and Gear Expert Team will follow up with you via email informing you whether or not your claim has been approved, and if it has been approved, will provide you with further return and replacement information.

Answer: My product was damaged or failed as a result of field use.

If your FHF Gear product was damaged during field use, unfortunately our team of Customer Support and Gear Experts will not be able to outright replace your product for you. All hunting equipment--clothing, calls, optics, etc.--experiences wear and tear over the course of it's lifespan; by offering replacement services for items damaged during field use, eventually we would end up replacing all items purchased through our website! 

That said, we do often have many small parts such as buckles, straps, and hardware we can provide to you to repair your gear! If nothing else, we would highly recommend contacting our team of Customer Support and Gear Experts whenever you experience damage to your FHF Gear Product.
