My package was returned to sender, what do I do?Updated a month ago
Oh no! Packages are sometimes returned to sender (RTS) by carriers for a variety of reasons, though most often shipping address issues are at fault! If at any point you notice via your tracking information provided to you that your package has been returned to sender, returned to West Valley City (Utah), or has been marked "undeliverable" by the carrier, FHF Gear recommends that you reach out to our team of Customer Support and Gear Specialists ASAP!
When a package is returned to sender, our team of Customer Support and Gear Specialists have two options to rectify the issue for you.
1. You will be given the option of receiving a reshipment with expedited shipping.
If you choose this option, our team will immediately place a reshipment order for you so long as we are able to confirm that your original shipment is currently on it's way to our warehouse location, or has already been received. All products that are still in stock and ready to be shipped will be shipped, products that are out of stock or otherwise unable to be shipped will be refunded back to your original method of purchase ASAP.
2. You will be given the option of receiving a full refund for your original purchase.
If you are to request a refund for your package that has been returned to sender, our team will process this refund back to your original method of purchase in full--though will only be able to do so once your returned package has been received and validated by our warehouse fulfillment team. This may require a wait time of 7-10 business days from the time a return to sender request is initialized by the carrier, though you can rest assured that you will receive your refund!
