I just placed my order, when will it ship?Updated a month ago
First and foremost, thank you for placing an order with us here at FHF Gear! If you've landed on this page, we'll assume you're excited to receive your new gear--and we're excited to see what you think as well!
When determining when your package might ship, there are several key shipping policies we would ask that you keep in mind!
Shipping Policy: When will my package ship?
1. Orders are typically processed and shipped within 24-48 hours (two business days) of being placed. During promotional periods and times of high order volume, shipping times are likely to increase. Processing/ shipping times are not guaranteed.
Typically you can expect that you will receive confirmation of your shipment via email within 24-48 hours from the time that your order is placed. That said, and though our fulfillment team is incredibly efficient at processing orders and providing them to carriers to be transited out to customers, during sales, promotions, national holidays, and periods of otherwise high package processing volume, it's possible that you may not receive confirmation of your shipment for up to 5 business days. If you've been waiting for confirmation of your shipment and for tracking information to be provided to you for a time period longer than 5 business days, please don't hesitate to reach out to our team of Customer Support and Gear Experts through our contact form linked here!
Unfortunately we cannot guarantee processing and shipping timeframes, though we always strive to be as transparent as possible with our customers around when your package is likely to ship, and subsequently received at your delivery location! If you have any questions, please don't hesitate to ask!
2. We do not ship orders on Saturday or Sunday. Orders taken on Fridays will ship the following week.
Our fulfillment team deserves a weekend too, and thus we do not ship packages over the weekend. All orders placed after 12PM MST on Fridays, and though they may be fulfilled and shipped prior to the weekend, are very unlikely to transit very far prior to the following Monday. This is something to keep in mind with all shipments, but especially expedited shipments as carriers will not guarantee package transit nor delivery over the weekend.
3. Tracking information will be emailed once a shipping label is generated by our fulfillment center.
Every customer that places an order through the FHF Gear website will receive an order confirmation immediately after an order has been placed, as well as a tracking information email once your package has been fulfilled and placed in the hands of the carrier! Once you've received your tracking information email, you can be certain that your package is on it's way to you!
4. Shipping information can take up to 72 hours to register in the carrier’s website after you receive a tracking number.
Once you've received your tracking information, fret not if you don't start receiving updates right away! It's common for tracking information updates to lag a bit behind your packages real-world transit, and thus you may not receive updates for up to 72 hours after you've received your tracking information via email. If at any point your tracking information is lacking updates for a period of 5 business days or more, please don't hesitate to reach out to our Customer Support and Gear Expert Team by clicking into the Contact Form Link below!
