I bought the wrong product, can I exchange it for a different product?Updated a month ago
Oops! We've all made a mistake when placing orders through a website--it happens, and here at FHF Gear we understand, especially considering how many different calls we offer!
Unfortunately, and just given the limitations of the systems that our team of Customer Support and Gear Experts work within, our team is unable to process exchanges across product lines.
For this reason, if the product you purchased is no longer needed/not wanted/was purchased completely in error, it's unlikely that our team members here at FHF Gear will be able to process a direct exchange for you. Instead, we would ask that you outright return your previously purchased product (for a refund or store credit), and then use the funds coming back to you to place a new order for the product you do wish to own!

Please also note that if you purchased your original product at a discounted price point, we would highly recommend processing your return for store credit! In doing so, you won't be assessed our $10 restocking fee for discounted returns requested for a refund!
