Can I edit or add to my order before shipping?Updated a month ago
Once orders are placed through our site, unfortunately our team of Customer Support and Gear Experts cannot edit, add to, or change orders in any way. This includes any/all ordered product changes, adding of discount codes to orders placed, removal of specific products, upgrading of shipping method, modifying shipping addresses, etc. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.
That said, if you order was placed within the past 20-30 minutes, it's possible that our team may be able to outright cancel and refund your order--allowing you to place a new order altogether--if your order has not yet been processed by our fulfillment team.

Please describe the reason you would like to attempt to cancel your order, and provide our team with your order number and your purchasing email address.
