Apex Belt Setup Instructions

Step 1: Adjusting the Fit

  1. Secure the Belt – Use the front-pull closure system to tighten the belt around your waist. The straps are left long to accommodate a wide range of sizes.
  2. Customize the Fit – The belt consists of three separate pieces (two side panels and a center section). Adjust the side pieces in or out to fine-tune the fit and ensure the belt sits comfortably on your hips.
  3. Attach Suspenders (Optional) – If using suspenders for additional support, attach them to the side loops of the belt. These are heavy-duty elastic suspenders designed to handle heavier loads.

Step 2: Accessory Attachment

  1. Utilize the MOLLE System – The laser-cut MOLLE panels on the sides and back of the belt allow you to attach various accessories wherever you need them.
  2. Secure Larger Items – The removable compression straps on the back can be extended to secure bulky gear like clothing. If not in use, tuck them under the MOLLE system for a streamlined setup.
  3. Attach Pouches & Packs
    • Lumbar Pack – Connect directly to the back of the belt for added storage.
    • Echelon Pouches – Attach to the sides for easy access to essential items (perfect for pot and peg calls but versatile for other gear).
    • Folding Field Seat – Secure to the bottom loops for a lightweight, mobile seating option.

Step 3: Hydration Pack Integration (Optional)

  1. Connect the Hydration Pack – Attach the hydration pack to the belt using the provided clips. Adjust by pulling down the straps to fit your torso length. (Only applicable via integration with FOB/Chest Rig Airframe Harness System
  2. Secure Shoulder Straps – Attach them to either the suspender loops or the rear loops on the lumbar pack for a stable, load-bearing setup.

Final Adjustments & Use

  • Once your belt is fully customized, test the fit and weight distribution to ensure comfort.
  • Whether you’re using the belt for hunting, hiking, fishing, or tactical situations, it is designed to be lightweight, highly mobile, and adaptable to your specific needs.
